Organic Dulse Flakes

Dulse, also known as ragweed, is a red algae (Palmaria palmata) that grows mainly in cool, shallow water near the coast. The Dulse from Pura Fons comes from wild harvesting (harvested by hand) on the Atlantic coast of France (Brittany). The organic dulse is gently dried to preserve its full nutrient spectrum.

Dulse is suitable – dried or previously soaked – as an ingredient in smoothies, for seasoning soups, sauces, rice and pasta dishes, and salads, but can also be enjoyed on its own as a snack.
