The color eyeliner Mother of Pearl is a great highlighter that can be used as an eyeshadow or to add shimmer to any other color. It can visually enhance the eyes and is simple to apply. The packaging is a dark gray metallic sleeve with white text. The formula includes ghee, natural oils, beeswax, and carbon which provide a cooling and clarifying effect on the eyes and make them look bright.
