At Pura Fons, we are aim to build a hassle-free and enjoyable feeling by providing our customers a seamless shopping experience. Our shipping policy is designed to include as many different countries as we can, and to ensure that your orders are delivered to you within an optimal shipping times.

Shipping Time

Whenever the customer orders an item from the webshop of Pura Fons, Pura Fons will prepare the item for shipment within 1 working day, unless there is an unforeseen circumstance happen or the item is not in stock.

In case an item is out of stock, Pura Fons will send a notification to the customer as soon as possible and will keep the customer updated on the possible delivery date. 

Once the item is ready for shipment, Pura Fons will give the order to the shipment company for delivery of the order to the customer.

Shipping Rates

The shipping cost for your order is determined based on the weight of the products and your location. Before checkout, you will be presented with the final shipping cost to review and confirm.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, Pura Fons will get in touch with the customer and decide together how to proceed. If you decide to have your item sent separately, we will ship it to you free of charge once it is back in stock. 

Damaged Packages

Any visible damage, qualitative deficiencies, or other delivery-related issues have to be reported immediately by the customer to Pura Fons, along with accompanying pictures. Please send your report to hello@purafons.shop.
