  • Light Flow – ideal for lighter days or the beginning and end of your cycle
  • Medium Flow  – designed for regular daily protection

Made in Europe with certified organic cotton.

Place the pad in your underwear with the absorbent side facing up.

Secure using the side wings.

After use, rinse in cold water until clear.

Machine wash at 30°C.

Air dry (do not tumble dry, iron, or place on a radiator).
