In Ayurveda, it is recommended to care for the openings in the head by applying one or two drops of oil before bedtime. This practice not only supports the health of the sense organs but also helps to maintain a strong and healthy brain.

Brahmi oil for the fontanelle: Massage 1-2 drops gently before going to bed, preferably with gentle vibration.

We suggest a special hair treatment using the Brahmi herb, which is known for promoting hair growth. For several weeks, you can apply the herb pure or mixed with the new hair oil. Once or twice a week, before washing your hair, massage the oil onto your scalp and hair, making sure to distribute it evenly to the ends. It’s important to take your time and give yourself a full head massage, avoiding pulling on the hair. This will improve blood circulation, promote relaxation, and enhance the absorption of nutrients from the oil. For best results, leave the oil in for approximately 2 hours before rinsing it out with a mild shampoo.
