Sterilize before first use by boiling the cup in water for 5 minutes.
Fold and insert the cup to create a gentle seal inside the vaginal canal.
Wear up to 8 hours depending on flow level (safe for day and night use).
Remove and empty, rinse with water, and reinsert.
After each cycle, sterilize again before storing in the organic cotton pouch.
