Rest your elbow on a stable surface for a steady hand. Warm the liner to a creamy consistency by stirring with a clean brush - no water needed. Apply along the lash line, or place small dots for easier control, especially if you're new to cream liners.
To correct any slips, lift the excess with a cotton swab and redraw. Once applied, gently press a tissue against the eye to absorb any excess color - this sets the liner and extends its wear throughout the day. For even longer staying power, finish with a light dusting of powder over the line.
Best used with Lakshmi Brush No. 913 or No. 902. Remove with a gentle oil-based cleanser.
