Through the artisanal slow-roast process, Koffie Kàn enhances the unique qualities of each bean, resulting in a coffee that’s both flavorful and gentle on the stomach.
Aroma
An exceptionally pleasant and full bouquet, with underlying hints of citrus fruit and peach, carried on a soft, silky and sensuous base fragrance.
Flavour
The first impression offers gentle warmth balanced by fresh and sweet tones with a hint of lime. The middle unfolds into biscuit and mild bitterness, creating a rounded, harmonious taste. The finish lingers with a delicate caramel note for a satisfying experience.
Grind the beans just before brewing. Use filtered water heated to 90–95 °C and adjust the quantity to taste. Suitable for espresso, filter, and French press preparation.
