Lima Chicory is an alternative to coffee, processed without any additives. Once harvested it is simply washed, cut, and dried before being roasted. Resembling coffee in colour and aroma, chicory has a bitter but woody and nutty coffee-like taste. It is caffeine-free and a source of fibre.

Prepare in exactly the same manner as coffee. It can be drunk as such or combined with another drink (for example, almond milk). It can also be used to flavour desserts.
